【摘要】目的 了解我院医护人员对输血相关知识的掌握情况,并提出相应的解决方法。方法采用问卷调查对我院310名临床医护人员进行输血知识掌握情况进行调查,结果应用统计软件SPSS11.5分析。结果 高级职称医护人员的知识掌握明显高于低级职称的医护人员; (P<0.05); 血液科专科医务人员问卷调查分数最高,高于其它组别医务人员(P<0 05);医疗组的知识掌握程度优于护理组(P<0 05)。91.94%的医护人员要求再强化学习输血相关知识。结论 我院临床医护人员对输血相关知识掌握情况尚可,但还需继续进行输血教育,以提高医护人员整体对输血相关知识的水平。

【Abstract】Objective Blood transfusion in our hospital medical staff on the mastery of knowledge, and to propose appropriate solutions. Methods A questionnaire survey on 310 clinical staff in our hospital for a blood transfusion to investigate the knowledge on the results using statistical analysis software SPSS11.5. Results Knowledge of health care staff senior title was significantly higher than low-level medical titles; (P <0.05); hematology specialist medical staff survey scores the highest, higher than other groups of medical personnel (P <0 05); knowledge of the medical group superior mastery of care group (P <0 05). 91.94% of the staff required further intensive study transfusion-related knowledge. Conclusion Our hospital medical staff on the transfusion related knowledge was adequate, but needed a blood transfusion to education, to enhance staff knowledge of the overall level of blood transfusion.

输血是临床抢救和治疗疾病无法替代的一种治疗手段。医生是整个输血过程中的决策者,护士是输血的执行者,他们在临床输血中起着至关重要的作用。因此临床医护人员应该具备扎实的输血相关知识以应对复杂的临床情况。我国1998年开始相继施行《医疗机构临床用血管理办法(试行)》、、《血液制品管理条例》、《临床输血技术规范》等法规文件,其中《临床输血技术规范》中明确提出要科学合理用血,提高临床输血治疗水平。尽管血液筛查越来越严格,但仍有各种与输血相关的风险难以控制。同时因需血量日益增大,血液及血液制品的制备、保存及检查开销日益增大,不能满足临床需要。因此应严格控制输血指征,加强对输血的管理,提高医护人员对输血的认识。结合我院实际情况,对医护人员进行输血相关知识的测评,并根据评价结果制定相应对策。
1 资料与方法
1.1 调查对象:我院相关专业的医生及护士共310人。受访人员职称有护士、住院医师(护师)、主治医师(主管护士)、副主任医师(副主任护师)及主任医师(主任护师);受访科别包括:外科、内科、ICU、麻醉科、急诊科、妇产科。
