缺血性脑卒中与颈动脉彩超检查相关性研究(1)

     【摘要】目的分析缺血性脑卒中患者及健康体检者的颈动脉的超声检测,探讨颈动脉粥样硬化与缺血性脑卒中的关系。方法应用高频彩超技术检测缺血性脑卒中患者的颈动脉内-中膜厚度(intima-media thickness,IMT)、血流动力学参数,有无管腔狭窄、斑块及斑块类型,并与健康体检者对照。结果缺血性脑卒中组的内膜-中层平均厚度较对照组厚,血流阻力系数较对照组高;病变组30例患者中,颈动脉内膜-中层厚度增厚、斑块形成、管腔狭窄等血管异常者28例,检出率为93.3%;对照组中为21.9%,二者比较有显著差异(P<0.05) 。结论颈动脉粥样硬化与脑梗死的发病有一定相关性,尤其是低回声斑和血管严重狭窄者;高频彩超诊断技术能辨别粥样硬化斑块类型及颈动脉狭窄程度,对预防脑梗死有重要意义。

    Association of Carotid Artery Atherosclerosis and Ischemie Stroke by Color Ultrasonography

    【Abstract】ObjectiveIn this context, we performed the following open prospective study to evaluate the association of carotid artery atherosclerosis and Ischemie Stroke by ultrasonography.MethodAll 30 patients with Ischemie Stroke and 32 people without Ischemie Stroke were observed using color doppler ultrasonic techniquel.The main outcome measures were intima-media thickness(IMT),resistance index(RI),grade of stenosis and ultrasonographic characteristics of the plaques.Parametric tests were used in the statistical analysis,and chi-square tests were used in the statistical analysis, a P-value < 0.05 was considered significant.ResultsThere was significant difference of IMT and RI between the both groups(P<0.05);Carotid arteries plaque,IMT increase and artery stenosis were more frequent in patients with Ischemie Stroke (93.3%) than the control group(21.9%) (P<0.05).ConclusionStatistical analysis revealed a significant association of high-grade carotid artery stenosis and echolucent plaques with Ischemie Stroke.Ultrasonography enables an accurate determination of the grade of stenosis and and characteristics of the plaques,which is important to prevent the occurrence of Ischemie Stroke ......
