【摘要】 目的总结利用交锁髓内钉联合环扎系统治疗股骨干长斜形及长螺旋形骨折的疗效。方法采用切开复位、顺行交锁髓内钉联合Kinamed公司的环扎聚合物线缆系统内固定的方法,治疗股骨干长斜形及长螺旋骨折30例。结果30例均获随访,时间12～18 (14±0.5)个月, 骨折愈合时间2.7～5个月, 疗效评定:优25 例,良4例,可1例。优良率为96.67%。结论交锁髓内钉联合环扎系统治疗股骨干长斜形与长螺旋形骨折,可达到较理想的解剖复位,保持骨折端的稳定。

    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo study the effect of intramedullary nailing add Kinamed wire system for femoral fracture. ethods 30 cases with femoral long oblique fractures were treated with intramedullary nailing add Kinamed wire system . ResultsAll the cases were followed up for 12～18 months. It was 2.7～5 months. According to clinical evaluation :25 cases were excellent, 4 good, and 1 well. Conclusion intramedullary nailing add Kinamed wire system is a good method to treat femoral long oblique fratures,it can keep a excellent stablebility in the frature position.
