【摘要】目的 随着物质生活和精神文化水平的提高,国家出台《母婴保护法》使孕产妇社会地位也随之提高,使其成为重点保护对象,对精神心理方面需求增高;当她们临近分娩,又恐惧分娩时的疼痛,担心自己及胎儿安全,于是就产生了不同程度的紧张、孤独,焦虑等心理问题。探讨心理护理在产科护理中的作用。方法 对65例初产妇采取合理的心理护理措施。结果 通过施行心理护理能提高顺产率,使阿氏评分增高。结论 对产妇施行心理护理体现了以人为本的护理模式,有助于孕妇与新生儿生活质量的改善。
