【摘要】目的 研究单硝酸异山梨酯在慢性充血性心力衰竭治疗中的作用,为慢性充血性心力衰竭的治疗开辟一条新的道路。方法 将768例住院的慢性充血性心力衰竭患者随机双盲的分为治疗组和对照组,对照组仅给予治疗组毛花甙C和利尿剂治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用单硝酸异山梨酯治疗,治疗疗程均为一周,对治疗效果进行对比分析。结果 两组显效率、总有效率、总无效率相比,治疗组分别为:48.55%,86.96%,13.04%,对照组分别为:36.45%,77.12%,22.88%,P﹤0.05,有显

    著性差异。结论 单硝酸异山梨酯能协助强心利尿剂有效地控制心力衰竭的症状,缩短心力衰竭治疗疗程,减少心血管事件的发生。

    【Abstract】Objective To study the isosorbide mononitrate in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure in the role for the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure to build a new road. Methods 768 cases of hospitalized patients with chronic congestive heart failure randomized double-blind into treatment group and control group, was given to the treatment group lanatoside C and diuretic therapy, the treatment group were based on the plus isosorbide mononitrate therapy, treatment course for both the week of treatment were analyzed. Results There were efficiency, total efficiency, the total inefficiency compared to the treatment group were: 48.55%, 86.96%, 13.04% in the control group were: 36.45%, 77.12%, 22.88%, P <0.05, there significant difference. Conclusion isosorbide mononitrate can help cardiac diuretics to control heart failure symptoms, shorten the treatment of heart failure treatment, reducing cardiovascular events. ......
