【摘要】多囊卵巢综合征多发于生育年龄妇女。本病的发病原因尚未明确,是临床较难治疗的妇科疾病之一。近年来许多医者采用中医补肾化痰活血法治疗本病获得了满意疗效,并在理论研究、实验研究、临床研究等方面取得了一定进展。然而,对于本病肾虚痰湿这一病理本质的研究,目前仍是一项重要而长期的任务。有关中医补肾化痰活血法治疗本病伴排卵障碍的研究也有待进一步深入。

    【Abstract】 Polycystic ovary syndrome occurs mainly in women of childbearing age.The incidence of this disease is uncertain because it is difficult to treat clinical gynecological diseases. In recent years, many doctors are using Chinese madicine treatment of phlegm blood obtained satisfactory outcome of this disease and, in theory, experimental research, clinical research has made some progress. However, the pathology of this disease kidney essence of phlegm, which is still an important and long-term task. Traditional chinese medicine treatment of phlegm with ovulation disorders in this disease also needs further study.
