【摘要】目的探讨体重指数(BMI)、腰围(WC)、腰臀比(WHR)与代谢性因素的关系。方法对徐州市居民基线资料的1205例对象按BMI、WC、WHR分组。在正常体重(BMI:18.5-23.9)、超重(BMI:24-27.9)、肥胖(BMI:≥28);腰围正常(WC:男<85cm,女<80cm,腰围过大(WC:男≥85cm,女≥80cm);腰臀比正常(WHR:男≤0.95,女≤0.80)、腰臀比过大(WHR:男>0.95,女>0.8),比较各组收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、空腹血糖(FBG)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的水平。结果不论男性女性组,超重肥胖、腰围过大组,血压、血糖、血脂水平与正常组比较均明显升高;腰臀比过大组与正常组比较,男性组TG、FBG明显升高;HDL-C明显降低;女性组TG、FBG、SBP明显升高,HDL-C明显降低。结论BMI 、WC、WHR指标与代谢性因素密切相关,BMI、WC在提示肥胖程度方面优于WHR指标。

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo explore the relationships of body mass index (BMI), waist circumference (WC), waist-hip ratio (WHR) and metabolic factors. Methods 1205 cases of baseline data of residents in XuZhou city were divided into groups according to BMI,WC,WHR.The levels of the systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP),fasting blood glucose (FBG),total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), were compared in the normal weight group (BMI:18.5- 23.9),overweight group (BMI:24-27.9) and obesity group (BMI: ≥28);normal waist circumference group (WC: male <85cm, female <80cm) and large waist circumference group(WC: male≥ 85cm, female ≥ 80cm); normal waist - hip ratio group(WHR: male ≤ 0.95, female≤ 0.80) and large waist - hip ratio group (WHR: male > 0.95, female > 0.80). Results Regardless of both men and women groups, compared with the normal group,the levels of blood pressure,glucose and blood lipid increased significantly in overweight, obesity, large waist circumference groups.Compared with the normal group,male group TG,FBG increased significantly,HDL-C reduced significantly; female group TG,FBG,SBP increased obviously, HDL-C reduced obviously,in large waist-hip ratio group.ConclusionBMI,WC,WHR are closely related to metabolic factors, and BMI,WC are superior to WHRin prompting the degree of obesity.
