【摘要】目的 探讨腹腔镜手术在上中段输尿管切开取石术中的应用。方法 对2007年10月一2010年2月间完成的99例经腹膜后腹腔镜下输尿管上中段切开取石术进行分析。结果 99例手术均获得成功。手术耗时30 -150 min,平均60 min。术中出血量5-100ml,平均20 ml。肠功能恢复时间12 h-24 h。术后无漏尿发生,4d 拔除腹膜后引流管,术后住院5-9d:术后1个月经膀胱镜拔除双J管。随访68例2—12个月,超声及IVU检查证实患者肾盂积水及肾功能好转,输尿管切开处无狭窄,结石无复发。结论 后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术安全、有效。熟悉腹膜后解剖、熟练掌握操作技巧可缩短手术时间,减少并发症。
