【摘 要】 目的 探讨中心静脉置管作为产科急危重症患者液体通路维护的护理。方法 采用Seldinger技术穿刺中心静静脉,留置导管。观察护理相关并发症及处理。结果 60例病人,其中,2例感染;3例堵管;导管脱出、急性肺水肿、气胸、室早各1例。结论 在产科急危重症患者抢救中,中心静脉导管堵塞及中心静脉导管相关性感染(CVCI)是临床常见并发症。预防性护理不仅可延长导管使用时间,避免中断治疗,而且还可以减轻病人的痛苦和护士的工作量。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the central venous catheter as obstetrics Intensive care patients with fluid pathway maintenance. Methods static Seldinger technique inserted central vein catheter. Observation of care and treatment of complications. Results 60 patients, of which two cases of infection; three cases of blocked tubes; catheter prolapse, acute pulmonary edema, pneumothorax, 1 case of PVCs. Conclusion Patients in the Intensive obstetric emergency, the central venous catheter blockage and infection of central venous catheter-related (CVCI) is a common clinical complication. Preventive care is not only extend the time for catheter use, to avoid interruption of treatment, but also to reduce the suffering of patients and nurses. ......
