【摘要】目的 总结妇科老年患者围手术期护理经验，提高护理水平。方法 总结81例 老年妇科病人术前、术中、 术后所采用的护理措施。结果 老年妇科患者易合并高血压、糖尿病、心脏病等，术后易出现各种并发症。81例患者均安全渡过围手术期。结论 正确完善的护理是保证手术成功的关键。

    【Abstract】 Objective to summarize nursing experience in perioperative of old-age gynecology patients, increasing surgical operation nursing level. Method analyzing 81 old-oldage gynecology patients retrospectively. Results most of old-age gynecology patients with hypertension, cardio disease and diabetes. 81 cases all rides out of the surgical operation period. Conclusion right and perfect nursing is key in gynecology surgical operation.
