【摘要】对PICC导管在临床的应用中出现导管堵塞与操作人员、输液药物及病人血液粘稠度三方面有关的原因进行分析总结，提出了PICC导管使用寿命的长短与护理人员对其导管堵塞的认识与正确的处理有关，掌握堵塞的预防和护理措施、重视对患者的宣教及导管的维护，可以有效的延长导管的使用寿命，降低导管堵塞的发生。

    【Abstract】 PICC catheter for clinical application appear to plug with the operators of cathetes,infusion of drugs and blood viscosity of patients in three areas analyzed and summzrized the relevant factors,Put forward a PICC catheter length of life and to their catheter blocked understand and correctly handle the master plug the prevention and care measures,emphasis on patient education and catheter maintenance,can effectively extend the life span of catheters and reduce the incidence of catheter blockage.
