心血管疾病诊断技术研究进展(3)
对于经皮冠脉介入( PCI)术患者, CRP水平同样具有预测价值。DIBRA等[26]发现PCI术后CRP水平明显升高的患者有较高的致残率和再狭窄率。对药物支架和金属裸支架对照研究显示, 使用裸支架者术后CRP水平增高和心血管事件发生显著高于使用西莫他司支架者[27]。炎症、冠脉钙化以及CHD发生有着清晰关系,且冠脉钙化程度和CHD严重程度有关,最近一项研究表明hs - CRP水平和冠脉钙化程度无关[28] 。
