【摘要】最近(妊娠相关蛋白A)PAPP-A被列为冠心病患者血液的炎症血清学标志物之一，在PCI术后再狭窄过程中起了重要作用，瑞舒伐他汀是3 - 羟基- 3 - 甲基戊二酰辅A(HMG - COA)还原酶抑制剂，能显著降低胆固醇的水平，己广泛应用于冠心病的预防和治疗。大量药物临床实验，都证实不仅可以降低血脂水平，而且还具有抗炎，抑制血管平滑增殖等多效性作用，从而减少(经皮冠脉介入治疗)PCI术后再狭窄的发生。
