重庆市沙坪坝区2009年性病艾滋病疫情分析(1)

【摘要】目的 了解重庆市沙坪坝区2009年性病艾滋病发病趋势及流行特征，为今后开展性病艾滋病防治工作提供科学依据。方法 采用性病疫情管理软件对我区性病艾滋病资料进行流行病学分析。结果 2009年我区累计报告性传播疾病1832例，年发病率为247.37/10万，较2008年(2084例)下降了12.56%；流行病种以梅毒(33.73%)，淋病(27.45%)、尖锐湿疣(18.27%)为主。其中梅毒超过淋病居第一位，但增长幅度最大的是HIV/AIDS(116.67%)，下降幅度最大的为生殖道沙眼衣原体感染(69.75%)；男性发病率明显高于女性(P<0.01)，高发年龄段以20-39岁性活跃人群为主，但60岁以上年龄组报告病例数增长明显；职业分布以家务待业、工人、农民居多(55.79%)，但离退休人员病例增幅较大。结论 2009年我区性病疫情有所下降，但梅毒、HIV/AIDS增长显著，梅毒病例报告数超过淋病位居首位，性病流行谱在发生变化。

Epidemic situation of sexually transmitted diseases and AIDS in Shapingba District, Chongqing in 2009

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the epidemic trend and characteristics of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) and AIDS in 2009 in Shapingba district,Chongqing. To provide scientific basis of STDs and AIDS in future. Methods The data of STDs and AIDS in Shapingba district in 2009 were analyzed by using STDs management software . Results A total of 1832 cases of STDs were reported in this region during the period. The annual incidence was 247.36 per 100,000 .Compare with 2008 (2084 cases) were decrease 12.56%. The major of epidemic species were syphilis (33.73%) ，gonorrhea (27.45%), acuteness wet wart (18.27%).Of them, syphilis went beyond gonorrhea arranges the first, but the largest increase was HIV/AIDS (116.67%),the largest decrease was reproductive tract chlamydia trachomatis infection (69.75%).The incidence of STDs among the male is higher than it among the female.For these STD cases was aged from 20 to 39 years old, but the cases of older than 60 years old were increased obviously. The distribution of profession is major in unemployment,workers and peasants.The proportion of STD cases among retirees is increased significantly.Conclusion Epidemic trend of STDs in Shapingba district is decreased in 2009.
