【摘要】目的 探讨腰椎滑脱患者围手术期的护理要点。方法 选取我院2006年7月~2009年8月收治的106例腰椎滑脱患者的临床资料，所有患者均经过RF-2(Reduction and Fixation-2)型腰椎滑脱钉内固定+ 植骨治疗，对患者进行术前心理护理和全面护理，术中护理、术后护理、密切观察术后并发症，并做出院指导，观察护理效果，并总结护理经验。结果 所有患者切口均为Ⅰ期愈合，经过X线检查，患者均有不同程度的纠正，术后随访6个月，植骨全部愈合。结论 对经过RF-2型腰椎滑脱钉内固定+ 植骨治疗的腰椎滑脱患者进行精心护理，有利于患者病情的恢复，疗效满意值得在临床推广。

    106 patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis of Perioperative Nursing

    【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis points of perioperative nursing. Methods The hospital in July 2006 ~ August 2009 106 patients admitted to the clinical data of patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis, all patients have to undergo a RF-2 (Reduction and Fixation-2) spondylolisthesis fixation + bone graft, of patients with preoperative psychological care and comprehensive care, intraoperative care, postoperative care, close observation of postoperative complications, and make homes guide, observe the care and results, and sum up nursing experience. Results All patients were in stage Ⅰ wound healing, after X-ray examination, patients have varying degrees of correction, were followed up for 6 months, bone graft healed. Conclusion After RF-2 spondylolisthesis fixation + bone graft treatment of spondylolisthesis intensive care patients, patients with conditions conducive to the recovery of satisfactory outcome in clinical promotion. ......
