两种修复牙弓双端游离缺失方法的对照研究(1)

【摘要】目的 比较弹性树脂与铸造支架联合义齿修复、快套式精密附着体修复双端游离缺失的疗效。 方法63例牙弓双端游离缺失患者随机分成32例采用弹性树脂与铸造支架联合义齿修复为对照组，31例采用快套式精密附着体修复为观察组。通过外观美观、舒适程度、咀嚼功能、食物嵌塞、基牙情况、固位力、黏膜情况的优、良、差判断两种方法的治疗效果。 结果 弹性树脂与铸造支架联合义齿修复与快套式精密附着体修复双端游离缺失的治疗效果比较结果表明，外观美观、舒适程度、咀嚼功能、食物嵌塞两组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。牙情况、固位力、黏膜情况，快套式精密附着体修复明显比弹性树脂与铸造支架联合义齿修复好(P<0.05)。结论 弹性树脂与铸造支架联合义齿修复和快套式精密附着体修复对双端游离缺失均有一定的疗效，但快套式精密附着体修复在牙情况、固位力、黏膜情况方面比弹性树脂与铸造支架联合义齿修复好。

【Abstract】 Objective To comparerestore the double-end edentulous effect ofthe elastic resin and casting stent and denture repair, fast precision attachment prostheses . Methods 63 patients with double-end edentulous arch were randomly divided into 32 cases with elastic resin and casting stent prosthesis as the control group, 31 cases with precision attachment of quick restoration as the observation group. The therapeutic effectof two methods were determined byy the excellent, good, bad of appearance, comfort, chewing function, food impaction, abutment conditions, retention, mucous membrane conditions. Results The effects of two methods shows that there werethe no significant difference in aesthetic appearance, comfort, chewing function, food impaction (P> 0.05.) The fast precision attachment prostheses were significantly higher than elastic resin prosthesis with stent and denture with a good cast in dental conditions, retention, mucous membrane condition, fast precision attachment (P <0.05). Conclusion elastic resin and casting stent, denture precision attachment have a certain effect for fast restoration of the double-end edentulous, but the quick precision attachment prostheses was than the elastic resin stent and denture in restore the situation in the teeth, retention, mucosal conditions with a good cast.

牙弓双端游离缺失的修复一直是口腔修复界未能解决的一个难题[1]。目前我国采用弹性树脂与铸造支架联合义齿、快套式精密附着体修复双端游离缺失。我们通过弹性树脂与铸造支架联合义齿修复、快套式精密附着体修复双端游离缺失两种方法的比较研究，分析两种方法的治疗效果。
