【摘要】目的 探讨髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折的治疗效果。方法 回顾性分析我院从2007年6月至2009年6月收治的胫骨骨折病例126例，用闭合复位带锁髓内钉内固定技术进行治疗。结果 126例患者，随访3～18个月,有2例开放性骨折出现骨髓炎,有3例出现骨折迟缓，其余120例均临床愈合。最终功能按Johner- wruch标准: 优115例, 良11例。结论 闭合复位带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折疗效好，值得推广。

    【Abstract】Objective To investigate the treatment of intramedullary nailing in the treatment of tibial fractures. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from June 2007 to June 2009 patients were treated 126 cases of tibial fractures with closed reduction and intramedullary interlocking nail fixation for treatment. Results 126 patients were followed up for 3 to 18 months, 2 cases of osteomyelitis in open fractures occurred, 3 patients had delayed fracture, and the remaining 120 patients were healed. Final functional by Johner-wruch criteria: 115 cases of excellent, good in 11 cases. Conclusion Closed reduction of tibial interlocking intramedullary nail fracture is good, is worth promoting. ......
