【摘要】为了防范医疗纠纷，降低护理风险，提高护理质量，应用护理伦理学来指导自己多年的临床护理管理实践。本文通过回顾性调查的方式，总结了我院2006年1月至2009年12月四年中妇产科住院病例2515例的护理模式，体会到护理伦理学理论对临床护理实践的显著的指导意义，有利于护理学的健康发展。

    【Abstract】 In order to guard against the medical dispute, reduce the nursing risk, improve the nursing quality, and instruct ourselves by using the nursing ethics through many years' clinical nursing management practice, through the review investigation's way, this article summarized four years' the gynecology and obstetrics department in hospital in nursing patterns 2515 cases from January, 2006 to the December, 2009 in my courtyard.We realized the nursing ethics theory to the clinical nursing practice's remarkable guiding sense,It is advantageous to the nursing healthy development.
