【摘要】目的 探讨胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔的治疗措施。方法 回顾性分析我院2002～2009年期间收治的31例胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者的临床资料。结果 31例患者中24例行开腹单纯穿孔修补术，均治愈；7例行非手术治疗，其中中转手术1例，治愈4例(57.1%)，死亡2例。结论 单纯穿孔修补术仍是目前胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔的主要手段，在严密观察下，部分适宜的病例也可采取保守治疗。

    Clinical Analysis of 31 Patients With Acute Perforation Resulting from Gastroduodenal Ulcers

    【Abstract】Objective To explore the treatment measures of acute perforation resulting from gastroduodenal ulcers. Methods To analysis retrospectively the clinical data of 31 patients with acute perforation resulting from gastroduodenal ulcers in 2002～2009 in our hospital. Results 24 patients underwent simple repair of perforation, and all of them were cured. 7 patients underwent conservative treatment, and 4 cases were cured ; 1 cases transit surgical operation treatment; 2 cases were death. Conclusion Simple repair of perforation still is present main treatment for gastroduodenal ulcers perforation. Under close observation, part of appropriate cases can also take the conservative treatment. ......
