【摘要】目的 探讨细节护理六步法在手术室护理服务中的应用效果。方法 将手术病人术前、术中、术后的全程式护理分六步实施，注重细节护理和环节质控，提供安全，舒适的护理服务。结果 共完成手术2130例，未发生差错、事故及投诉纠纷。结论 细节护理六步法的实施可改善护患关系，增加病人满意度，提升护士规范化操作和手术护理配合能力，保障手术病人的安全，提高围手术期护理质量。

    Application of Six-step detailed nursing care in the operating room

    【Abstract】Objective To investigate the effect of Six-step detailed nursing care in the operating room. Methods Patients undergoing surgeries were received six steps detailed preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing care, which was safe, comfortable, and full of good quality control. Results A total of 2,130 surgeries was completed without any errors, accidents, complaints and disputes. Conclusion Six-step detailed nursing care can improve relationships between nurses and patients, increase patient’s satisfaction, enhance the ability of standardization of operation and coordination between surgeons and nurses, protect surgical patients and eventually improve the quality of perioperative nursing care. ......
