【摘要】目的 探讨三踝骨骨折的手术时机、手术顺序和注意问题等。方法 对我院收治的24例，其中男16例，女8例，高处坠落伤10例，扭伤8例，汽车肇事伤5例，其他1例，确诊为三踝骨骨折患者的临床分析。结果 手术后随访结果根据BairdJackson评定优14例，良7例，可2例，差1例；结论 手术要及时，尽可能恢复解剖对位，才能保证踝关节功能恢复，防止创伤性关节炎发生。

    【Abstract】Objective To investigate the timing of the three ankle fractures, surgical order, and attention problems. Methods 24 patients in our hospital, including 16 males and 8 females, falls 10 cases of injury, sprain in 8 cases, 5 cases of auto accident injuries, the other 1 case was diagnosed in three patients with clinical analysis of ankle fracture . Results The results of post-operative follow-up evaluation according to BairdJackson excellent in 14 cases, good in 7 cases and 2 cases and poor in 1 case; Conclusion Surgery should be timely, as far as possible restore anatomical alignment in order to ensure the function of ankle joint, preventing traumatic arthritis. ......
