【摘要】目的 总结腹腔镜技术治疗成人腹股沟疝的临床应用体会和经验。 方法：回顾性分析2010年3月至2010年10月58例腹腔镜下腹股沟疝修补术病人临床资料，评估手术方案选择，手术安全性及疗效。结果 58例62例次完全腹膜外腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术(TEP)36例次，经腹腔腹膜前修补(TAPP)26例次；单侧疝手术时间45-90min，双侧疝手术时间70-120min，术中出血5-30ml；术后阴囊肿胀4例，腹股沟区异物感2例。术后3-6天出院；随访1-3个月，无复发病例。结论 腹腔镜下腹股沟疝修补术并发症及复发率低，是安全可行。

    【Abstract】Objective Laparoscopic inguinal hernia adult experience, and experience. Methods A retrospective analysis from March 2010 to October 2010 58 cases of laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair the patient clinical data to assess the surgical plan selection, surgical safety and efficacy. Results 62 cases 58 cases totally extraperitoneal laparoscopic times inguinal hernia repair (TEP) 36 cases, and by abdominal preperitoneal repair (TAPP) 26 episodes; unilateral hernia operation time 45-90min, with bilateral hernia operation time of 70-120min, blood loss, 5-30ml; postoperative scrotal swelling in 4 cases, 2 cases of foreign body sensation in the groin area. 3-6 days after discharge; follow-up 1-3 months, no recurrence. Conclusion Laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair complications and recurrence rate, is feasible and safe. ......
