【摘要】医院药剂科是医院的重要组成部分，随着医改的变化和人们观念的更新，对现代医院药剂科管理的改革提高势在必行。本文从建立健全药剂科的管理体制、加强药品质量管理，提高药师专业能力，提高服务意识等方面浅谈如何提高现代医院药剂科管理水平。
