【摘要】目的 探讨人工全髋关节置换围手术期的观察护理要点。方法 术前进行针对性的心理护理和术前指导，完善各项准备，术后严格实施正确的搬运方法，进行体位、饮食指导及生命体征、患肢血运监测，积极预防并发症，遵循早期、渐进、全面、个体化的原则进行功能锻炼，详细指导家庭康复护理和日常生活要点。结果 患者经2～4周住院治疗,均痊愈出院。未发生并发症。术后6个月随访功能恢复理想,无人工髋骨关节松动,下沉,脱位等并发症。结论 系统的康复护理及详细的出院指导可减少术后并发症的发生，有利于恢复髋关节功能。

    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo evaluate total hip replacement Perioperative Nursing observation points. Methods Preoperative psychological care and targeted preoperative guidance, improve the preparation, after strict enforcement of proper handling methods, the posture, dietary guidance and vital signs, limb blood flow monitoring, active prevention of complications, follow early, progressive, comprehensive, individualized functional training principles and detailed guidance to home care and rehabilitation elements of daily life. Results Patients 2 to 4 weeks after hospital treatment, were cured. No complications. After 6 months follow good functional recovery, no loosening of artificial hip joints, subsidence, dislocation. Conclusion The system of rehabilitation care and detailed guidance can reduce the discharge of postoperative complications occur, is conducive to restoring hip function. ......
