【摘要】目的 探讨介入治疗在进展期胃癌患者新辅助化疗中的应用价值。方法 利用Seldinger技术经腔静脉插管

    至胃左或腹腔动脉介入化疗。结果 大部分病人临床症状不同程度改善，术前CT比对肿瘤明显缩小，与周围组织浸润改善，手术切除率78.3%。结论 术前对进展期胃癌患者行介入治疗，综合疗效满意。具有创伤小，疗效好，不良反应小，毒副反应低的优势。

    【Abstract】Objective To investigate the value of interventional treatment in neoadjuvant chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer patients.Methods The infusion chemotherapy via the left gastric or celiac artery using Seldinger’s technique.Results Most patients improved clinical symptoms to varying degrees, significantly smaller than before in the size of tumor from CT performence, and reduce infiltration of surrounding tissues. Resection rate of the tumor is 78.3%. Conclusions Preoperative interventional treatment of advanced gastric cancer has satisfactory results with little trauma , low adverse reactions.
