【摘要】目的 探讨小儿肺炎临床护理措施。方法 回顾分析我院2009年3月～2010年9月87例肺炎患儿临床护理资料。结果 经吸氧、抗生素等对症治疗及规范有效护理后，87例患儿住院时间为4～16天，平均为8天，均痊康复愈出院。结论 加强对患儿的一般护理、症状护理、饮食护理、保持呼吸道通畅、输液护理、健康教育等，并做好出院指导以巩固其治疗效果，是提高肺炎治愈率、促进患儿尽早康复的有效方法。

    【Abstract】Objective To investigate the clinical nursing pneumonia in children. Methods in our hospital in March 2009 ~ September 2010 87 cases of pneumonia clinical care data.
