【摘要】手术室是医院的重要科室，是医院对病人实施手术治疗、检查、诊断并担负抢救工作的重要场所。手术室的护理管理工作是临床护理工作中极为重要的组成部分,如果缺乏强有力的管理或高素质护理人员就容易发生忙乱现象，影响护理、治疗的顺利进行。这不仅直接关系到患者安危，也会直接影响到相关科室的工作质量。
