【摘要】目的探讨输尿管镜钬激光碎石术在中晚期妊娠并输尿管结石的临床应用。方法对12例中晚期妊娠并输尿管结石顽固性肾绞痛患者的临床治疗效果进行回顾总结。结果输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗中晚期妊娠输尿管各段结石均可取得很好的效果。结论输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗中晚期妊娠并输尿管结石安全有效。

    【Abstract】Objective To evaluate the clinical application of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in Middle-late pregnancy.Methods A total of 12Middle-late pregnancy women of ureteral calculi with renal colic were treated by ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy. Result Successful lithotripsy was achieved in 12 cases. Conclusion Ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy is an effective and safe method for the treatment of ureteral calculi in Middle-late pregnancy.
