【摘要】目的 调查我院住院的卒中患者抗栓药物应用现状，为卒中患者做好一、二级预防合理使用抗栓药物提供参考参。方法 研究对象为急性脑梗死和脑出血住院患者，对其出院带药(方案)进行用药指导，同时前瞻性调查其入院之前抗栓药物的应用状况。结果 入选患者共200例，入院前使用抗栓药物者占49%，其中以规范的剂量和频次服用阿司匹林和氯吡格雷者占59.2%，坚持服药率为49%。结论 我院卒中患者抗栓药物的应用现状不容乐观，存在其应用比例较少、剂量不足、服药间断现象。临床医生、药师应当依照临床指南要求对卒中患者给予正确、全面的指导，以提高药物治疗的依从性和有效性。

    Hospital stroke and secondary prevention of antithrombotic drugs application status

    【Abstract】Objective To investigate patients with stroke in our hospital application status of antithrombotic drugs for stroke patients do a good, rational use of antithrombotic drugs for secondary prevention to provide reference parameters. Methods The subjects were hospitalized with acute cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage in patients with their discharge medication (program) for treatment guidance, while forward-looking survey of its antithrombotic drugs before admission application status. Results A total of 200 cases were selected, pre-hospital use of antithrombotic drugs accounted for 49%, of which the standard dose and frequency of aspirin and clopidogrel were 59.2%, drug adherence rate of 49%. Conclusion Stroke patients in our hospital antithrombotic drug application is not optimistic, there is the application of relatively small, inadequate dosage, drug discontinuities. Clinicians, pharmacists should be required in accordance with clinical guidelines on stroke patients received the correct and comprehensive guidance to improve medication compliance and effectiveness. ......
