灯盏花素联合小牛血去蛋白提取物治疗脑梗塞58例疗效分析

【摘要】目的 观察灯盏花素联合小牛血去蛋白提取物治疗急性脑梗塞的临床效果。方法 选取我院自2009年3月~2010年4月收治的58例急性脑梗塞的患者作为研究对象，所有患者均在常规治疗的基础上给予灯盏花素联合小牛血去蛋白提取物治疗，观察治疗效果。结果 (1)治疗后ESS评分随着时间的增长而提高，与治疗前比较具有显著差异(P<0.01)，而凝血酶(TT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)与治疗前比较以治疗8h差异最大(P<0.01)，治疗48h后与治疗期前无明显差异(P>0.05)，无统计学意义。(2)本组患者治疗前、后血清hs-CRP与VEGF水平比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)，具有统计学意义。(3)本组58例患者治疗过程中出现恶心呕吐2例、心悸1例，经调整用药后消失，无其他不良反应发生。结论 灯盏花素联合小牛血去蛋白提取物治疗急性脑梗塞效果理想，可以显著降低神经功能缺损，但对凝血功能基本无影响，值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective To observe the joint breviscapine protein extract of calf blood to the clinical effects of treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods in our hospital from March 2009 ~ April 2010 to 58 cases of acute cerebral infarction treated patients as research subjects, all patients were given conventional treatment, based on the joint Breviscapine deproteinized calf blood extract treatment to observe the therapeutic effect. Results (1) ESS score after treatment, the growth over time increase compared with before treatment were significantly different (P <0.01), and thrombin (TT), prothrombin time (PT), fibrinogen (FIB ) before treatment to treat 8h largest difference (P <0.01), 48h after treatment no significant difference before treatment period (P> 0.05), not statistically significant. (2) this group of patients before and after treatment with VEGF serum levels of hs-CRP were significantly different (P <0.01), with statistical significance. (3) The group of 58 patients during the treatment of nausea and vomiting in 2 cases, 1 case of heart palpitations, adjusted disappeared after treatment, no other adverse reactions. Conclusion The combined Breviscapine deproteinized calf blood extract the results are satisfactory treatment of acute cerebral infarction, can significantly reduce neurological deficits, but no effects on blood coagulation, is worthy of clinical application ......
