【摘要】目的 初步探讨有毒中药的合理炮制方法，以确保患者中药用药安全。方法 对常用的6种有毒中药炮制方法包括水制法、制霜法等进行探讨、总结。结果 有毒中药炮制的方法较多，通过炮制可消除或减少有毒药物中的毒性成分或部位。结论 炮制的最本质目的在于消除或减少有毒药物中的毒性成分或部位。为保障患者中药用药安全，必须加大对中药的合理规范炮制方法学研究，同时也有待于将各种新科技设备引入中药炮制，以提高中药炮制的现代化水平并造福于广大人民群众。
