【摘要】目的 探讨使用腓骨联合髂骨移植治疗陈旧性股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法 对我院2000年1月~2001年4月收治的68例陈旧性股骨颈骨折患者，使用腓骨联合髂骨移植方法治疗，分析患者手术时间，术后患者恢复程度，并对所有患者进行随访，观察其临床骨折愈合时间。结果 68例患者骨折均得到愈合，平均愈合时间为(5.32±0.78)个月。患者随访10年，有62例患者髋关节活动正常，4例患者出现股骨头坏死，2例患者髋关节脱位。患者5年后Harris评分平均为(86.59±6.92)分。结论 采用腓骨联合髂骨移植的方法对陈旧性股骨颈骨折的患者治疗能取得较好的疗效，患者股骨头恢复良好，不良反应较少，此方法值得在临床推广使用。

    【Abstract】Objective To investigate the combined use of fibula iliac graft to treat old femoral neck fracture patients. Methods From January 2000 ~ April 2001 68 patients were treated old femoral neck fracture, the use of fibula iliac bone transplantation combined treatment of patients with operation time, degree of postoperative recovery, and all patients were followed up observe the clinical fracture healing. Results 68 patients were healed fractures, the average healing time was (5.32 ± 0.78) months. Patients were followed for 10 years, 62 patients were normal hip joint, femoral head necrosis occurred in 4 patients, 2 patients were dislocation of the hip. Harris score of patients after 5 years on average (86.59 ± 6.92) points. Conclusion The method of fibula joint and iliac bone of femoral neck fracture on the old patients can achieve better efficacy, the femoral head in patients with good recovery, fewer adverse reactions, this method is worthy of clinical use. ......
