【摘要】 目的 探讨超声心动图诊断先天性心脏病的临价值。方法 回顾性分析 从2003年至2010年对400例先天性心脏病例的超声心动图特征。结果 400例患者分为小儿先天性心脏病和成人型先天性心脏病，小儿先天性心脏病再分为非青紫型和青紫型心脏病。结论 超声心动图是检查心脏解剖结构，功能及血流动力学的必要诊断方法，能够准确诊断先天性心脏病。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical value of Echocardiographic for diagnosing congenital heart disease. Methods Retrospective analysis of congenital heart echocardiographic features was carried out of 400 patients from 2003 to 2010. Results Four hundred patients were divided into adult congenital heart disease group and children congenital heart disease group which were then divided into non-congenital cyanotic heart disease group and cyanotic heart disease group. Conclusion Echocardiography is the essential diagnosis method for checking the heart anatomical structure, function and hemodynamics while also effective on diagnosing congenital heart disease.
