【摘要】目的 探讨外固定支架治疗四肢骨折的临床疗效。方法 我院2008年1月-2009年6月采用外固定支架治疗四肢骨折患者21例，并回顾分析其临床资料。结果 随访6-24个月，骨折平均愈合时间为4个月，19例骨折达到解剖复位，2例达到功能复位，未发生骨不连、骨髓炎等并发症。结论 外固定支架治疗四肢骨折，操作简便、创伤小、并发症少、骨折部位愈合快，是临床上治疗四肢骨折的重要方法。

    【Abstract】Objective external fixation stents for treatment of the clinical curative effect of extremities fractures. Methods from January 2008 - June 2009 limbs with external fixation stents for treatment of patients with fracture of 21 cases, and review the clinical data. Results follow-up 6 to 24 months, fracture healing time average for four months, 19 cases fractures anatomical reattachment, 2 cases to reset, had not occurred to function even, bone osteomyelitis complication. Conclusion external fixation stents for treatment of extremities fractures, and operate simple, small trauma, fewer complications, fracture sites healing fast, is clinically important method of extremities fractures treated.
