【摘要】 目的 探讨重症监护室(ICU)收住的老年卒中患者行右颈内静脉置管在静脉治疗的优越性。方法 将60例老年卒中患者分为两组，实验组使用右颈内静脉置管，对照组使用留置针，观察并记录两组的留置时间、穿刺次数、并发症发生率；自行设计问卷调查患者或家属对使用该穿刺方法的主观评价；将资料进行了统计学分析。结果 实验组的穿刺次数、并发症发生率明显少于对照组(P<0.01)；行右颈内静脉置管后患者或家属在减轻痛苦及费用方面给予了较高的评价(P<0.01)。结论 颈内静脉置管为老年卒中患者的静脉治疗的顺利进行提供了保障，保护了患者的外周静脉；为护理提供了方便，确保了护理质量及护理安全，值得在老年卒中患者中推广使用。

【Abstract】Objective To explore the intensive care unit (ICU) of elderly stroke patients admitted to the line right internal jugular vein catheterization in the superiority of intravenous therapy.Methods 60 elderly patients with stroke were divided into two groups, the experimental group using the right internal jugular vein catheter, the control group using the catheter to observe and record the retention time of the two groups, the number of puncture, the incidence of complications; patients or self-designed questionnaire family members using the puncture method for the subjective evaluation; the data were statistically analyzed.Results Experimental group, the number of puncture, the incidence of complications was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.01); line right internal jugular vein catheterization in patients or their families in reducing pain and costs to give a higher rating (P <0.01). department of gynecology and obstetrics.Conclusion Jugular vein catheter for the intravenous treatment of elderly stroke patients has provided a guarantee of smooth, protecting the patient's peripheral veins; to provide convenient care to ensure the quality of care and the care and safety, it is worth in promoting the use of elderly stroke patients.

在中国，脑卒中症状日益严重，成为严重危害中老年人生命健康的主要原因之一 [1]。在抢救监护过程中，降低脑卒中患者颅内压的一个非常重要治疗措施是应用脱水剂，但是由于刺激性强、治疗时间长、所用药物渗透压高以及静脉穿刺的反复进行，不可避免的增加了病人的痛苦、损伤了患者的机体。我科2007年推广了右颈内静脉留置管，相比较于普通静脉留置针而言临床效果更好，现报告如下：
