【摘要】槲皮素是黄酮类化合物之一，具有广泛的生理活性。重点介绍了它的逆转肿瘤细胞多药耐药(MDR)活性，认为其作用机理有六个方面：①与MDR基因及P-糖蛋白(P-gp)作用；②与热休克蛋白和热休克因子作用；③与谷胱甘肽和GST作用；④与多药耐药相关蛋白(MRP)作用；⑤改变药物在细胞中的异常分布；⑥抑制细胞增殖、诱导细胞凋亡。槲皮素可作为肿瘤细胞多药耐药的抑制剂加以研究。

    Progress in the Study of Quercetin’s Effect of Reversing Multi-drug Resistance in Cancer Cells

    【Abstract】Quercetin, one of the flavanoids, has a wide physiological vaciely of functions. The paper focues on a introduction on quercetin’s effect of reversing multi-drug resistance in cancer cells , on the presumption of it’s mechanisms, which include MDR’saction on gene/P-gp, MDR’s action on HSP/HSF, MDR’s action on GSH/GST , MDR’s action on MRP, the alteration of abnormal distribution of medicine in cell, MDR’s action on suppressor of cell proliferation and induction of cell apoptosis. In short ,The study is focoused on quercetin as a inhibitor of muti-drug resistance in tumour cells. ......
