【摘要】目的 探讨腹腔镜手术在治疗输卵管异位妊娠中的临床应用价值。方法 对我院2010年6月-2011年6月经临床诊断为输卵管异位妊娠的70例患者，实施腹腔镜手术治疗，记录其术前病史、阳性体征、手术时间、术中出血量、术后镇痛用药率、术后发热率、术后肛门排气时间、住院日、术后随访等。手术方式：输卵管妊娠部位切开取胚术、输卵管妊娠破裂清理病灶修补术及患侧输卵管切除术。结果 腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管异位妊娠创伤小、出血少、机体恢复快、术后输卵管的再通率高。结论 腹腔镜手术是治疗输卵管异位妊娠的一种理想的手术方式，值得推广。

    【Abstract】Objective To evaluate laparoscopic tuba entopic pregnancy in the treatment of clinical value. Methods The hospital in June 2010 to 2011 period 6 to tuba entopic pregnancy diagnosed 70 patients, the implementation of laparoscopic surgery, preoperative medical history was recorded, the positive signs, operative time, blood loss, surgery analgesic medication after the rate of postoperative fever rate, anal exhaust time, hospital stay, patients were followed up and so on.
