【摘要】目的 分析新疆少数民族地区精神科继续教育的教学现状与问题，探索远程教育的最佳模式。方法 对新疆少数民族地区开展远程教育的学习效果进行分析。结果 新疆少数民族地区开展精神科网络远程教育能转变学习念，充分利用教育资源共享，提高业务水平，提升整体形象，对精神科专业技术人员做好工作有十分重要的意义。结论 远程教育经济方便、灵活，并对医务人员有帮助，有较为广阔的发展前景。

    【Abstract】Objective To analyze the ethnic minorities in Xinjiang region of teaching psychiatric status and continuing education issues, to explore the best practices in distance education. Methods ethnic minorities in Xinjiang region to carry out distance education learning outcomes for analysis. Results Psychiatric Xinjiang minority areas of distance education can change the network to learn read, full use of educational resource sharing, improve the professional level, to enhance the overall image of the psychiatric professional and technical personnel to do work of great significance.
