【摘要】目的 探讨颅脑损伤后急性脑肿胀病人的护理方法及体会。方法 对我院2005年—2010年收治的76例颅脑损伤后发生急性脑肿胀患者采取针对性护理。结果 治愈22例，占28.95%；好转23例，占30.26%；死亡31例，占40.79%。结论 对急性脑肿胀病人进行严密观察、营养支持、脱水疗法护理、体位护理、对症护理、康复护理，具有极其重要的意义。

    Acute brain swelling after traumatic brain injury patient care

    【Abstract】Objective To investigate the acute brain swelling after traumatic brain injury patient care methods and experience. Methods The hospital admitted 2005——2010, 76 cases of brain injury in patients with acute brain swelling and take appropriate care. Results cure in 22 cases, accounting for 28.95%; improved in 23 cases, accounting for 30.26%; death in 31 cases, accounting for 40.79%. Conclusion patients with acute brain swelling close observation, nutritional support, dehydration therapy care, postural care, symptomatic care, rehabilitation care, are extremely important.
