社区系统管治重性精神病人对其危害行为的影响研究(1)

【摘要】目的 为探讨社区系统管治重性精神病人对其危害社会行为的影响方法 在某镇664名精神病人中筛选出57例有三级以上危害社会行为病人作为系统管治对象，通过每月监护小组上门随访、指导服药、精神卫生知识宣教，康复技能训练，6个月后对管治对象使用危险行为评估量表、PANSS、 SI、GI、SDSS进行中段评估并与半年前的评分结果进行比较。结果 57例病人的危害社会行为级别都有明显下降，原符合危害行为5级8人，4级35人，3级14人，现4级8人，3级19人，3级以下30人。PANSS、 SI、GI、SDSS管治前和管治后的评分有显著性差异(P<0.001),管治后的评分明显低于管治前。结论 对社区有危害社会行为危险的精神病人进行系统管治，能降低危害社会行为发生率，其病情也得到一定的缓解，社会功能得到一定的恢复，对治疗的依从性也有提高，促进了病人的康复。

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the community system of governance re-mental patients in their way against the social behavior .Methods mentally ill people in the county of 664 screened, 57 patients had three or more acts harmful to society as a system governing the patient objects, through the monthly monitoring group home follow-up to guide medication, mental healthcare education and rehabilitation skills training, 6 months after the act governing the use of dangerous objects Assessment Scale, PANSS, SI, GI, SDSS for the middle and six months to evaluate and compare the results before the score . Results of 57 cases against the social behavior of patients had significantly decreased levels of the original line against acts of 5 8, 4 35 3 14, is 4 8, 3 and 19, level 3, 30. PANSS, SI, GI, SDSS governance and governance before the post-score were significantly different (P <0.001), post-administration score significantly less than the former administration. Conclusions communities against social behavior risk of mental patients for system administration rule, to reduce danger and social behavior of incidence, disease received some relief, social Gongneng get some of the restoration of patient compliance are also enhanced, which the patient rehabilitation.

由于精神疾病的特殊性，患者在病态支配下会发生冲动伤人、毁物、自伤自杀行为，严重危害社会安定及人民群众生命财产安全。为了有效预防和控制社区重性精神病人发生危害社会行为，我院2009年7月份开始，以2008年发生危害社会行为较多的某镇为试点，建立了政府领导，部门合作，社会参与的精神疾病预防控制体系，加强对57例有3级以上危害行为的社区重性精神疾病的治疗、康复及心理行为干预 ......
