【摘要】目的 探讨食管胃机械吻合、套入式包埋预防吻合口瘘的临床特点及其意义。方法 回顾性分析156例食管癌、贲门癌患者行器械吻合加食管胃浆肌层缝合包埋的治疗与转归资料。结果 本组应用此方法无一例吻合口瘘。发生吻合口良性狭窄6例，经扩张后好转；术后肺部感染并发呼吸衰竭死亡2例。结论 机械吻合加套入式包埋缝合可有效地预防吻合口瘘，具有临床应用价值。

    【Abstract】Objective To explore the stomach esophagus anastomosis, into the type of mechanical embedding prevention anastomotic fistula clinical characteristics and significance. Methods Retrospective analysis of 156 cases of esophageal cancer, cardia cancer patients with stomach esophagus anastomosis line equipment slurry muscularis suture embedding treatment and outcome data. Results Among application, the method of no case was anastomotic fistula.
