【摘要】目的 探讨新生儿血小板减少症的临床诊治分析。方法 选自我院2003 年1 月～2010年10 月住我院新生儿科的105例血小板减少症患儿。结果 感染性血小板减少症死亡1例,肺出血死亡5 例,DIC 死亡17例,余治愈。结论 积极治疗原发病是主要的治疗原则，抗感染尤为重要，对于重症的血小板减少应考虑输注血小板治疗，特别是足月晚发的血小板减少症。

    【Abstract】Objective To evaluate neonatal thrombocytopenia in clinical analysis. Method selected from our hospital in January 2003 - October 2010 to live in our hospital 105 patients with neonatal thrombocytopenia in children. Results Infection of thrombocytopenia and 1 died, 5 died of pulmonary hemorrhage, DIC death in 17 cases, more than cure. Conclusion The treatment of the primary disease is the main principle of treatment, anti-infection is particularly important, for severe thrombocytopenia platelet therapy should be considered, especially in term of late-onset thrombocytopenia.
