【摘要】目的 探讨不稳定骨盆骨折的临床护理体会。方法 对我院42例不稳定骨盆骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，对骨折患者进行一般护理，基础护理，同时根据不稳定型骨盆骨折的临床特点进行针对性的护理。结果 42例患者中，3例经抢救无效死亡，死亡率7.14%，治愈39例，治愈率92.86%，均无并发症发生。结论 不稳定骨盆骨折，应及时抢救治疗，重视护理，严密观察病情，有效防止并发症，取得良好愈后的必要条件。
