【摘要】目的 我国精神专科医院的继续医学教育存在一些问题，如对继续教育的认识不足，具体管理不完善等。针对这些问題我们提出以下对策，如更新观念，加强对临床医生继续教育工作的重视；完善制度，促进临床医生继续教育长足发展等。

    【Abstract】Objective psychiatric hospital in China's continuing medical education, there are some problems, such as lack of knowledge of continuing education, specific management imperfect. To solve these problems we propose the following measures, such as new ideas, to enhance the clinician's attention to continuing education; improve the system, clinicians continue to promote the rapid development of education.
