【摘要】目的 探讨观察稳心颗粒治疗54例缺血性心律失常的临床效果，总结其临床应用价值。方法 选取自我院自2011年1月~2011年7月收治的缺血性心律失常病患54例，随机将其分为观察组27例和对照组27例，观察组使用常规加稳心颗粒治疗，对照组使用常规性治疗加胺碘酮治疗，分别观察两组病例的治疗效果并做出相关的探讨与分析。结果 对观察组使用稳心颗粒后其病患的室性早搏、房性早搏、交界性早搏次数明显降低，且室性期前收缩、房性期前收缩、交界性前收缩次数明显减少，观察组显效为13例，有效为12例，无效为2例，其中有1例病患出现轻微的头晕、恶心、口干的症状，对照组中显效为10例，有效为11例，无效为6例，有3例病患出现甲状腺功能亢进或减退的症状；两组的差异显著(P<0.05)，具有统计学意义。结论 使用稳心颗粒治疗缺血性心律失常其效果明显，副作用小，并发症减少，并具有很高的疗效，值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective To explore the observed treatment of 54 cases Wenxinkeli the clinical effects of ischemic arrhythmias, summarize its clinical value. Results The study group after its use Wenxinkeli patients premature ventricular contractions, atrial premature beats, junctional premature beats significantly reduced the number, and ventricular contractions, atrial contraction, borderline significantly reduced the number of contractions, observation group, 13 cases markedly effective, effective 12 cases, 2 cases, 1 case of patients with mild dizziness, nausea, dry mouth symptoms in the control group, 10 cases markedly effective, effective 11 cases, 6 cases, 3 cases of thyroid disease symptoms of hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism; significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion Wenxinkeli treatment of ischemic arrhythmias its effect is obvious, side effects, reduce complications, and high efficacy, worthy of clinical application.
