【摘要】报告一例肺癌晚期自杀未遂患者的心理护理。护理要点包括：鼓励患者倾诉;排解不良情绪，加强与患者的有效沟通，保护患者隐私，调整患者认知，转变思维模式，提高生活质量，强化家庭支持系统。同时提示护士在护理工作中应加强对患者的心理干预。
