【摘要】护理工作是医疗保健卫生工作的重要组成部分，在疾病预防、治疗和康复的过程中起着重要作用。近年来，病人和家属的维权意识不断提高，对护理人员的职业道德、技术水平、服务质量的要求也越来越高。在临床工作中不断发生这样或那样的护理纠纷，不仅影响了护理队伍的形象，在某种程度上也影响了医院的信誉。本文为此将具体探讨护患纠纷产生的原因，同时提出了一些避免护患纠纷的措施，从而有利于更好的完成医院大量的抢救护理工作。
