【摘要】目的 探讨和评估经静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)在极低体重儿(VLBWI)的应用。方法 总结分析河源市龙川县妇幼保健院新生儿科NICU2007年1月到2010年12月收治的22例VLBWI应用PICC并发症情况。结果 导管留置时间为6~58d，22例中穿刺成功率为100%，,因导管堵塞拔管1例,余完成治疗计划拔管21例。结论 PICC的应用能有效地解决VLBWI建立通畅静脉通道难题,减少了反复穿刺对患儿的不良刺激，提高了治疗护理质量

    22 Cases of Very Low birth Weight Infants Using PICC Application Experience

    【Abstract】Objective to discuss and evaluate the vein inserted central venous catheter ( PICC ) in very low birth weight infants ( VLBWI ) application. Methods summary and analysis of" Heyuan city Longchuan County Maternal and child health hospital neonatal NICU2007 during January to 2010 December, 22 cases of VLBWI application PICC complications. Results ductal indwelling time of 6 ~ 58d, 22 cases of puncture success rate was 100%,, due to catheter extubation in 1 cases, more than 21 patients completed the treatment plan extubation. Conclusion PICC VLBWI application can effectively solve the establishment of patency of venous channel problem, reduce the repeated puncture on children's adverse stimulus, improve the quality of care for the treatment of. ......
