【摘要】目的 探讨如何带教护理实习生培养高素质的护理人才。方法 针对护生的实际情况采取一对一的科学带教。结果 护生都能尽快适应科室环境，动手能力、人际沟通能力都进一步提高。结论 科学的带教大受护生欢迎，大大提高了教学质量。

    【Abstract】Objective To investigate how teaching interns to develop high-quality care and nursing personnel. Methods the actual situation of nursing students to take one science teaching. Results The department of nursing students can adapt to the environment, hands-on skills, interpersonal communication skills are further enhanced.
