硫酸镁与酚妥拉明复合注射液治疗肺心病伴心衰的效果分析

     【摘要】目的 硫酸镁与酚妥拉明复合注射液治疗肺源性心脏病伴心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析我院收治的90例肺心病伴心衰患者的临床资料，随机分为治疗组及对照组，各45例，两组患者均采取常规治疗，治疗组患者加用硫酸镁与酚妥拉明复合注射液，随访3个月，治疗前后对患者行心脏彩色多普勒超声检查，比较两组患者的临床疗效及心脏功能各指标变化情况。结果 治疗组患者临床疗效及心脏各指标改善优于对照组，两组患者比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论 硫酸镁与酚妥拉明复合注射液能明显改善改善患者心脏功能及临床症状，效果满意，值得在临床推广。
